My company has CRM on Premise 2016, now I am exploring to link CRM on Premise to CRM Mobile app.
When I login into CRM mobile app, and try to create a new account or contact, there were a few error message come out,
they are below:
Filed:windowEvent:loadError: null is not an object (evaluating 'Xrm.Page.getControl ("pa_chapterterritoryid").setDisabled)Filed:windowEvent:loadError: null is not an object (evaluating 'Xrm.Page.getAttribute ("parentaccountid").getValue)
I am wondering here if anyone counter this similar message, and I have contact our vendor, and they cannot provide advise because Dynamics CRM mobile App is not in their business scope.
Based on the information you shared when we are creating new account or contact and we are getting the on-load script exception.
On the main form of account or contact and we have on-load script that the causing the issue.
We will need to debug and make the script compatible to use in the Dynamics 365 for phones and tablets.
Please refer this doc:
Hope this helps.

So we will need a developer to look into this bug , right ?
Most likely there are not only two error messages when I am creating accounts and contacts.
I was able to ignore it and still generate data. But I don't know what the impact ?
Say last two error message, what do they mean ?
Should I ask my company to hire a developer for it ?
Yes would recommend you to engage CRM developer at your side to look into the behavior to make the script compatible as per standards.
The meaning of the error message.
Enable/Disable a field, where <fieldName> is the logical name of the field and <Boolean> can be true or false (i.e. true disables field and false enables it):
We are retrieving the value for that attribute using getValue of the field 'parentaccountid'
However if you need any further assistance we would recommend you open a ticket Microsoft Support team to help you to isolate the issue further.
