I am configuring the Engagement Hub in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016.
Everything works fine on pc. Is it possible to use the Engagement on mobile phone? That everything is compatible on it and appearing normally. I tried to open it on mobile phone but it was not useful because it was not compatible.

What build of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 are you using? How are you trying to open it via the mobile phone? Are you using a Dynamics 365 App? Are you using IFD?
We are using the on prem version. I tried to open via browser, because the Dynamics 365 App is not working.
