I have created a process where a field from the entity «Case Resolution» is in it. Now the process works in the web version. My problem is when I want to use the process in the interactive service hub, the field from the entity «Case Resolution» is not in the process. I know that in the entity «Case Resolution» the options are not active for the interactive service hub and processes. I did not created the field, this was given from the system. Is there a workaround to handle this problem?

Unfortunately the entity Case Resolution on UCI is a read-only entity and could be deprecated in the future, which means that is not possible to make changes or add the entity to an UCI app.

My advise is for you to use another entity that is possible to use on UCI that adjusts to your process.
