I want to implement the Survey in CRM 2013, please let me know what is the best approach to complete this task.
I thought of implementing the VOC but I came to know VOC is depreciated by MS in D365.
I have to send the Survey to my contacts when the case as Resolved and capture the Survey information in CRM 2013.
Any help much appreciated.
You can try to use Microsoft Forms Pro for this purpose - docs.microsoft.com/.../

My CRM current version is CRM 2013 On-premise, I believe I can't use the Forms Pro, please correct me if I am wrong.
Then... you will have to integrate with some other surveying system for example:
As you know, VOC will be deprecated and we suggested to use VOC istead.
You may keep using VOC in the case of On-prem even after deprecate, but please consider to update CRM version or to use another survey system.
