I just configured and installed Dynamics 365 App for Outlook and Dynamics 365 CE version 8.2 for some users, including myself.
however, I am facing issue where the Dynamics 365 Ribbon Button is not show up in the user's Microsoft outlook application and its only happened for appointment. Whereas, for email the button is visible. Previously, I thought its caused by privileges access issue. But I have tried to change my security role profile the same with the user has, its working for me, so the privilege access is not the cause.
what could the reason? does anyone have some issue, and know how to resolve it? please share here..
