My previous experience with CRM was with version 3, with which you could create users who did not have access to the system (and therefore did not consume a user-license), but could still be used in the service calendar as schedulable resources.
Am I missing something, or is this simply not there in version 4? (specifically, CRM Online)
Microsoft CRM didn't delete the users because if it delete it you didn't look at to old items. You must disable the users if you don't want see it.
