I am marketing to solicitors and through previous market research I have the names of some of the partners and their details.
Therefore I would like to add contacts to specific leads in my marketing section.
Is this possible? And if so how?
Open the Contact Form Editor (From a contact record go to the Customization Tab -> Form) and create a new field (Bottom right button), for the field type select Lookup and then select "Lead" from the second drop down menu.
Place the new field on the form and this will now allow you to link a Contact to a Lead.
At the Lead level, notice how a new "Contacts" section is added automatically to the Left navigation pane allowing you to see all the contacts linked to that Lead.
Thanks once again for great advice. Worked a treat.
