Free Sandbox Environment?

I want to follow along with the Dynamics Training in Microsoft Learn,  but is there a sandbox environment that I can use and try it out?
 
I haven't been able to find anything and I don't really want to start a free trial.

    Free Sandbox Environment?
    Hi Brock,
     
    If you are affiliated with a customer or partner, it is possible to deploy sandbox environments. That is based on licenses, available capacity, or Azure credits. The other option is a time-limited trial, but you mentioned you don't want to use that.
