I have missing Note Indexes as a result of data imports many years ago that did not include the index values. Are there any utilities or SQL scripts to help fix the problem?  Mainly I am looking at customers & vendors.

    GP Power Tools has a Note Index Fixing Utility which can fix this and many other Note Index issues.
