Hello,

I have a user that is West Coast based and is seeing a completely different time under services for techs vs. what is actually being shown in bookings for work orders. East Coast and Central users see details as expected. What can be the issue here?

What you're seeing is the expected handling of times and timezones. It goes as far as that the time is actually stored in GMT or a different time in the background and only shown to you in your time zone. So if we are in differing timezones, we each see our own entries in the correct time, but each others "warped".

The only real solution is to use "timezone agnostic" date/time fields. They store all times timezone independent and each user would actually see the same value. This isn't usually available for fields that are used by the system such as bookings and time entries. Also keep in mind it's a one-way street. You can only switch to Timezone Agnostic, not back. (supported at least)

i believe what you are experiencing is due to the date time field settings for how that date time field behaves
for each field that you want to unify u need to specify it to be a Time-Zone Independent
