Issue in exporting Financial report in excel

Hello,
 
While trying to export any financial report for particular non admin user, we're facing below issue. But same is working for other user who has same access.
Already security setups for this user is in place,
Please advise.

    Does this user have the same security permissions in Dynamics itself? Did it work before for this user or is it a new user?
