Unable to access EUDFM with this error message.

Please assist because there are active cases that I am working on and I need to follow up Customers.

I think this implies you (your entra user) need to be added to the security group for that Org.

Once you're added, you'd get a insufficient privileges error until you gain user roles with enough privileges.

But what you have right now should be fixed by adding the user to the security group. This can be done for guests from other domains as well, although then you also need to enable guest access.
