- We installed and configured the Supplier Communication Agent about 1 year ago.
- Earlier, it was working fine and emails were syncing into D365 Finance & Operations correctly.
- From the last 4 months, it stopped working properly.
- We updated the Copilot in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management app in PPAC, but the issue was not resolved.
- Recently, I watched a Supplier Communication Agent demo video (around 3 months old) and compared the Power Automate flows shown in the video with the flows currently deployed in our environment.
- I noticed that the flows are different, so I believe our old deployment/configuration may be the problem.
- Since this is only a UAT/testing environment, we decided to completely remove the old Supplier Communication Agent setup and redeploy it from scratch.
- However, in PPAC, I could not find any option to delete the existing Supplier Communication Agent app/configuration.
Is there any way to completely delete the old Supplier Communication Agent configuration and redeploy it?
