First, items with a quantity in stock can't be deleted. In your screenshot, the item shows a stock quantity of 6. You could use an item journal to make a negative adjustment of 6 to bring the quantity to zero.
Second, items can typically only be deleted if they have ledger entries in closed fiscal years. This means you’ll need to close the fiscal year of all its entries before deletion is allowed.
Personally, I don’t recommend deleting items with previous ledger entries. Instead, consider adding 'ZZZ' in front of the item number to push it to the bottom of the item list.
Also, a developer can create a custom processing report to delete items, or even delete it from the table since this is possible in NAV, but again I would not recommend this.
