Can we restrict users to edit or delete other user notes in Purchase order ?

The ability to view PO notes is fine but no one outside of Procurement should be able to delete or make changes to existing note in the Purchase order that was added by a Procurement agent.

Do we have any setups to restrict the user from edit/delete the PO notes by other users in d365 FO

Hi,

In the past, I had this requirement once before and we added a customization using extensible Data Security. With this framework, you can restrict CRUD actions based on conditions set in a query. You can then create a security policy where the delete and update is restricted.
