Purchase order workflow adds additional actions to process data after review

Dear All

We have started the purchase order review process. Now there is a requirement to update the DeliveryDate field of the purchase order when the purchase order review is completed, and the Approval status(DocumentState) changes from in process to Approved.

I tried to monitor the changes of the DocumentState field in the validateField method of the PurchTable, but it did not work. Please help me, where can I add the relevant code to update this data?

After review, the system automatically uses the current date to fill in the delivery date

Hi Danzel,

Can you clarify about the exact requirement? Should a user update the delivery date after the PO got approved or should the system automatically fill the delivery date upon approval? If so, what is the calculation of that date?
