Teams: Users Experiencing Issues using Connected Chats in Customer Service Hub

We are receiving tickets from certain users that they are not able to use connected chats in Customer Service Hub. 
  • Many users are doing this without any issues. 
  • The users that are impacted are verified to have the customer service enterprise and teams access. 
  • The users that are impacted can receive and read connected chats that I send to them through Customer Service hub.
  • When they try to connect through the application, they get this error message. 
What should I try to get these users access?
