How does standard codes works in Navision 2018?

Hi Community,

I see that in my Navision, there are some standard Codes which I assume were default created. May I ask how does it works? I tried to create a sales order, but it doesn't allows me to input any monetary values.

Hello,

You can add a comment and then use the code. Within standard text code you can add a line where you add special comments like discount information during a period of time, etc.

To do so: you can leave the Type blank, then under number add the Code of the standard text. It will add the correct description and if there was a line added a special comment.

Hi, Standard text codes are used when you need to enter Navision text (Description) repeatedly.

This text can also be printed.

And just adding some info.
