Business Process Flow switching on issue

Posted on by 5

Every BPF I defined or updated after activation and publication is not seen or after choosing it there is not visible action (except information that my version is a trial version). I've been struggiling with it for days and after not founding anything on this I decided to ask.

suplement:

- I use only System Administrator role
- I've check system security
- I reload the screen and invalidate cache many times

    Hi,

Not sure if arranging the order of the BPF could be an issue.

Look at my suggested answer on this similar post - community.dynamics.com/.../how-to-make-custom-business-process-flow-as-default-for-opportunity-form

@LeoAlt, the BPF in the screenshot:

Even Though the process is activated and published there is no option to check it (the list is empty):

A couple days ago there was a chance to choose it from the list, but then I had only this message on the screen:

    Hi,

You mean changes to BPF after it is already activated/published are not visible? If this is the case then yu need to make changes after deactivating and then once the changes are done then you need to activate/publish again.

Try publish all customization and see if that works too.

    Hope this helps.

I've tried all combinations. None of them gives effect.

    Hi partner,

Which screen are you working on? Settings->Process or entity form->Process?

Could you share some screenshots to us about your situation?

If you are working on Process list, you could pay attention to the view filter.

    Hope it helps.

    Best Regards,

    Leo
