Unable to upload files (.glb and .fbx)

Trying to upload 3d files (.glb and .fbx ) to Guides via PC application.  It starts the upload process and then quits with a "upload failed" error.  These files are not big.  Any ideas as to why the upload failed?

    Hi WentanBai,

    Can you send me one of the 3D models that are failing? I sent my email address as a DM/friend request on this forum. I will have someone from our 3D engineering team take a look for potential issues.

    Next, I saw you posted on the other thread ((community.dynamics.com/.../unable-to-upload-3d-gltf-files-in-guides). Can you create a feedback request with telemetry recording per the instructions in the email chain? This will allow more technical information to get routed to our team. If you submit feedback, please send me an IM with the feedback details so we can watch for it.

    Hi GaborPapp, we are still tracking down some issues and any telemetry or 3D models you can provide will be extremely helpful. The best way is to submit the 3D model and a recorded repro through the Feedback Hub as described here: community.dynamics.com/.../how-to-submit-guides-repro-steps-telemetry-through-windows-feedback-hub

    If that does not work for some reason for you, email me at davepinch at microsoft.com and we will arrange for alternate delivery. Thank you for posting. p.s., if you email, reply here so I know to look in the spam folder (which can happen with external emails).
