View Data in Dynamics 365

I'm trying to see what all entities do I have in my Dynamics 365 account? what is the structure of each one of them and how they all are related to each other? Also, what is the data in each entity table?
I tried two methods
1) Installed Power BI desktop app and imported data to see it.
2) Installed Visual Studio and SSIS packages along with KingswaySoft Connection Manager.

In the first method, I could see the tables and content but not relationships.
In the second method, I could see the table and structure but not the content and relationship with other tables.

It would a great help if somebody could point out the right way of viewing the data in dynamics 365.

    Not possible with single tool.

I normally GoTo -->Settings-->Customizations and explore each entity and look for 1:N,N:1 and N:N relationship and prepare document for future reference.

To view data you can use advanced find.

Another way is mahendra suggesting to use ERD plugin www.xrmtoolbox.com/.../JourneyIntoCRM.XrmToolbox.ERDPlugin

After all it will give you ER diagram of all Dynamics 365 entities but you have to use advanced find to view data. Thanks

    Hi Rabbal,

I don't think that you will find a single way to get the content as well as definition. Insted of going for external tool, I would suggest to check the customizations as this will give you list of all entity, relationship etc. You can also do an advance find query to do a quick check on the data stored in the entity.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi,

You can use ERD plugin from Xrmtoolbox www.xrmtoolbox.com/.../JourneyIntoCRM.XrmToolbox.ERDPlugin
