CRM delete is a permanent delete, so you will not be able to get the backup.

You can Login to ur CRM Org and Create a Home page there as suggested by SonicVader.

After creating this page you can login to portal and add the child pages there.

    Hi Ravi ,

Unfortunately we cant restore a  deleted page in portals. but since you have deleted the home page you can create a new home page and attach the child-pages ,child files and access control rules.

Why not just recreate the home page? Call it home, use the home template and a url of root which is forward slash (/).

Unfortunately as fas as I know CRM does not have a recycle bin so deletes are permanent.
