Trying to role out the new app for users.
For some reason the list is stuck at 25 - we have over 50 users of Dynamics.
I am wondering if it may be a license issue?

To be eligible for the Dynamics 365 app for Outlook, users will need the Use Dynamics 365 App for Outlook privilege and have server-side synchronization set up for incoming emails or for Appointments, Contacts and Tasks.
Please check whether the users who are not listed in the eligible users view has the Use Dynamics 365 App for Outlook privilege and have server-side synchronization set up for incoming emails or for Appointments, Contacts and Tasks.
