Can any one help on this issue to get record level security to SO for specific country.

what is "country"..??
1) a financial dimension
2) a country code of address part
3) or something else?
I have a requirement that SO form and Invent on hand form should give access to only Germany.

again same question, what is Germany in your system?
e.g. I can add a customer or employee name as Germany. system will not mind my data entry.
Germany is country/region.
So, are you using country as financial dimension?
No, It should come from customer address.

so how you will say that an inventory belongs to a customer always? I am talking about inventory on hand form's link with customer address??
for sales order, its easy to link it with customer address (for all those records where customer address is not empty)
oh, ok, I told you about SO form but I don't know how to link to Inventory on hand form.

So, what I have understood that your user will be linked to specific customer or to group of customer. Lets suppose user or RoleA has access of Cust1 or CustGorup1. Now, based on that further, your sales order will be filtered, using country-id of customer master.
Am I correct at getting your requirement or you can add more details to explain your scenario.
Yes, you are correct but I am concerned about Invent on hand form for specific country-id . How to work on that?
