We have Sandbox environment for on-premise deployment. While deploying custom deployment package, the process was Aborted due to some reason after downloading process. Now the state is Deployed but the Maintain button and Refresh State button are still disable. The last update received is around 3 days back.

How to troubleshoot the issue and what would be the cause for this. We have also updated the Local Agent to latest version 2.1.1

see in Dynamics event log and system log to find root cause.

We have checked the logs on Orchestrator VM but didn't found anything there....

There is issue in local agent version... Contact Microsoft support and they will guide you for further process.

We have the same version 2.1.1 installed on both Prod and Sandbox environment, we only facing this issue on Production, same package was applied on the Sandbox without any issues.

Hi Ahmad Abu Eid

I deleted the enviroment from LCS and redeploy with the same configuration then applied the update package. I was done without any issue.
