Creating barcode and QR Labels

Hope someone can share their experiences with this. Our medical supplies business uses NAV Dynamics 365 and we need to introduce labelling on all products to include 13 fig EAN, QR code (to include EAN/LOT/Serial No) Product code and brief description. We are in the process of working towards ISO13485 and this is critical for our manufactured products. Any guidance on the best way to achieve this would be hugely appreciated!
