We are wanting to build a form for our customers to fill out, and have that data saved into Dynamics 365. Does anyone know if the pages that customers see on Dynamics 365 portals can have JavaScript and Business rules applied to fields? For instance, if a customer answers "yes" to a question, we would want additional fields to become visible. Is this possible?

Hi,
Yes Dynamics 365 portal is connected to CRM database and data will be stored in CRM.
As portal is web application, you can add JavaScript AND Business Rules on fields used in Portal.
