Did you tried with different views or exporting from Advanced find ? I am suspecting there should be some view issue, so try to create new view and see the results.

Hi Ravi,
the user is using older version of chrome, so after updating the chrome and changing the certificates its working
Hi Teddykrish,
I recommend that you clear your browser cache and cookies, then try to see whether the export is successful in different browsers.
Or, reduce the amount of records in this view to see if it is valid.
Also, as Ravi said, try different users, different entities, and different views.
Hope this helps.

What happens after this? I have seen someone else facing the same issue and apparently the file was already downloaded, it was just that she didn't know that it is already downloaded. Check if it is not getting blocked. Try some different entity, different view and see if it works.
If you are able to export other entity/ other views then check if you have any duplicate column name in this view. If yes, then remove that column and then try again.
Hope this helps.
Hi Ravi,
its coming like this and not exporting.
Hi Teddykrish,
Do you export opportunities to a static worksheet or a dynamic worksheet?
This may be caused by the Protected View feature of Excel.
You could close the Protected View feature of Excel by following the steps in this article. (This is a third-party blog, not an official recommendation from Microsoft.)
The user in this post used this way to solve his problem.
1. Open Excel
2. Click File > Options
3. Click on Trust Center > Trust Center Settings
4. Click Protected View, uncheck the three options, Click OK
This should allow you to open the Excel files you previously exported from Dynamics. If you get Prompted with the following warning, click Yes.
Protected View is designed to keep your computer safe from viruses, worms, and other kinds of malware. While you have Protected View disabled, make sure to only download files from sites you trust!
If this way does not solve your problem, please remember to re-open the Protected View feature of Excel.
Hope this helps.
