Got email from MS today December 5, 2016 to update certificate for CRM Online using this link: CRM Online organization integration with the Azure Service Bus. However, the links to download the issuer are dead. Does anybody know the correct links?
I've tried it using non-company devices, got the same error. However, it looks like MS has fixed the broken link for APAC today, I've just downloaded it. Thanks for your help.
Hi Raizen,
If you are using a device from your work, there might be a security setting. In that case try to contact your system administrator. You can also try to download it using another device or possibly the browser in InPrivate mode.
The link you provided in the reply is still working for me.
I've tried it outside corporate network but I still got the same error: "The webpage at download.microsoft.com/.../APAC_CRM_Online_Service_Bus_Issuer_Cert.exe might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address." Any ideas?

The links are working fine for me. Can you retry? Otherwise check if some policies on your PC or within your corporate network are restricting downloading ".exe" files.
