Build error- Compilation failed while doing full model build in dynamics 365

Hi All,

I am getting compilation failed , X++ compiler exited unexpectedly while doing full model build with reference packages.Please help me.

    It says delta type is incorrect. It would appear you have either corrupt XML files or perhaps in the wrong locations. Have you been manually editing XML files or copying files from one machine to another?
