HI,
I have an entity form setup in the portal. It looks good with 2 column layout on the desktop but on mobile it looks bad(2 column layout). I thought portal forms are responsive and the sections/columns on a form would arrange themselves into one column on mobile phone. Am I missing something? Thanks for any help/suggestion.

Were you working with 2 sections in a same tab like below?
Then you got such layout on mobile:
If so, you could firstly change tab layout to One column
then add all your fields into same section and set the section layout to Two columns:
Then both desktop and mobile client user's would be able to see their corresponding layout.
