20Hello All,
We faced a challenge this morning while exporting Data to Excel form Dynamics 365 CRM.
Scenario
We have created Views for Queues.The Queue items can be Phone Call or Email.
We have added below columns to the View
Object Type=Email
1. Regarding(Object)
2.From (Object)
Object Type=Phone Call
1. regarding(Object)
2.Call To (Object).
The issue is, when we export the data from this View into Excel From(Object) and CallTo(Object) column values are blank.
Can anyone help resolve this.
