I've seen this issue before in previous posts, and I haven't seen a solution to address the issue of removing the Sample data that comes installed with Dynamics 365. The issue appears to be that several Accounts are associated with Projects (Project Services module) and these projects have "Actuals" created against the project. I've "removed" the sample data, by using the "Remove Sample Data" in Settings / Data Management / Sample Data. This removed a large number of accounts, contacts, orders, etc, but left the Project Services data. Is there any option short of uninstalling the "project Services" module that anyone is aware of?

Hi Jason,
Have you tried to disable Configuration Key related to above functionality from license configuration while maintenance mode. This may remove the entire Project related data and also functionalities.
Let us know if you are looking for something else, which i've miss understood.
