Hello,
i would like to attach documents in the knowledge base article. I know it is possible for example through the notice but the "end"-user can't see them. And it is not possible to change the view from the article. No, it is possible but new fields eg. would not shown in the article view.
Have anyone an idea?
thanks
Christian
Hi I have same issue trying to resolve. Did you ever find how to give end user access to the attached document? Thanks, Steve
Hi Christian,
I just tested in V9.1 and the view could be normally displayed. Have you choose the right view or what's you CRM version now?
Best Regards
Johnny
Hi, yes that is possible I know. But If you make changes that changes will not be shown in the enduser view. I make changes and published the Solution but My new fields are not shown. That is My problem
Thanks
Christian
Hi Christian,
If you mean Knowledge Article, I just found its view could be normally customized in solution panel. You need to choose Knowledge article entity to customize the view.

Johnny
Hello
thank you for your answer, but you are in the "old" Knowledge Base" or? The screens look like.
I need attachments in the "new" Knowledge Base Interactive ServiceHub.
thanks
Christian
Hi Christian,
I did some Demo Testing about your issue for your reference.
Firstly I would like to confirm that the field could be shown in article view if you have published them from Solution explorer as following screenshot:
Secondly, you mentioned that 'end user could not see the KBA's attachments'. I am not clear about this issue as I could successfully attach the file and my user could normally check the file from article linkage. Could your share more details about this issue?
We are pleased to help you.
Regards
Johnny
