Hi,

how can I create RMA if particular serial number and SO are not exist in the D365. All the SO & serial number data are available in the another ERP system.

Hi,

Yes it's possible, You can use the new feature Blind return you can do so through the WMS.

you will find more details in this video (744) How to do Blind Returns in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain - YouTube

if you are not using WMS module just create a sales order with a negative quantity it wan't check the existance of any tracking dimension.

Could you tell me what app you are using in Dynamics 365?

Dynamics 365 consists of many applications such as sales, customer service, marketing, Finance and Operations etc.

You're asking in D365 general forum, therefore it's not clear which product you have in mind.
Please add this information.
