Hello,
Can we opt-out the new Dynamics 365 October release? is this a minor release?
Can we extend the Opt-in Dynamics 365 October to a later date as it gives us time to test upstream and downstream system impacts?

Hi,
If I am not wrong, as per the below documentation, there is no opt out facility available anymore however the release is available for early access which can be enabled on your sandbox organization where you can test this.

This is a major release and we are now in the continuous update cycle, meaning you cannot delay or push these updates like previously.
Depending on the features, they do not need to be turned on after the update, but some features will be switch on and cannot be switched off. I'd recommend switching on the preview in a sandbox immediately and reviewing the release notes.
