Utilizing OOB work hours to capture leaves from Team Member users

Posted on by 747 Most Valuable Professional

1. How can I make use of the work hours (it must be accessible for team member license users) to track work hours for (agents, technicians etc) so that based on these hours, I should be able to show their availability in a custom page.

2. Those team member license users should be able apply for leave (mark off time) through the PowerApps. How can I capture this as an entry into the work hours so that it reflects in my custom page as well?

Deeply appreciate your responses

Thanks,

Jeeva

    Hi Leo,

Appreciate your response but I'm expecting more information technically.

Is there any way that I could add an entry into the work hours through a code or workflow?

    Thanks,

    Jeeva
