30I have created several workflows that need to send email notifications FROM external addresses to other external addresses as well as other Dynamics users.
I have been scouring the forums for a way to do this, but have not found a definitive or satisfying answer. I would, of course, prefer not to have to provision a license for a user in order to be able to send emails from an external email address. However, this may be what is required. If this is required, I read somewhere that it might be possible to create some sort of generic user account to do this for multiple external addresses that you want to send from. Can anyone confirm this? Otherwise, if there is a way to do this without provisioning a user, this would, of course, be most desirable.
My first thought was to add the email address as a Contact entity, but I am pretty sure that this won't work.
