As a Microsoft partner we have many customers on O365.
As part of pur onvboarding process we would like to ensure all users on the customer O365 tenant are added as contacts into OUR production Dynamics 365 instance.
Can anyone recommend a way of doing this ?

If all your users will be granted with dynamic 365 license, you can try create a workflow that triggers on create on user entity and use dynamic fields from user entity to create and populate new contact.
If not all of your users will have dynamic 365 user license, but all are managed through Azure Active Directory, you can try to migrate your on boarding process to Microsoft flow, see article below. To populate Dynamic 365, add a apply to each module and use dynamic 365 connector to auto populate contact entity using dynamic fields. For importing existing users, you can export them to csv, and import it to contact using excel, or use Kingswaysoft SSIS toolkit in Visual Studio if the size if very large, below is a tutorial on how to export office 365 users.
