Hi

We've got a Customer with four environments. The solution is unmanaged on the dev environment and managed on the other three. Now the customer wants us to split it up in multiple solutions (solution 1 with Plugins, Solution 2 with Workflows etc.)

CRM is CRM Online newest version

Is it possible to do that?

regards

Manuel

    Hi Partner,

If your multiple new solutions have cover all the customizations that your original solution has. You could export the original one and delete it in Instance without fields or components loss.

    Hope it would help.

    Best Regards

    Hi

    Thanks for the answer

And can I then delete the already existing solution without a loss of fields and other components?

    Hi Partner,

If the mentioned four environments share the same solution. You can absolutely manually create four new unmanaged solutions to inherit with its specified customizations like Plugins , workflows.
