Not able to connect to CRM online instance from SSRS report

Hello,

After the upgrade to Dynamic 365, Not able to connect to CRM instance from SSRS report.

Getting the below error when I try to connect to the data source.

The connection to server "xxx.api.crm5.dynamics.com/.../Organization.svc" could not be established. Make sure that the connection string and credentials are correct, and try again.

But the connection string and credentials are correct.

Could you please help to find out the reason?

    Hi Vinoth_B

    Today i was facing the same issue, this issue is because Microsoft Dynamic CRM Report Authoring Extension is not updated, that you can check in Control panel-->Programs and Feature in that you will find "Microsoft Dynamic CRM Report Authoring Extension" update it to version 8.0.0000.1088

    Hope this will solve your issue.
