Hi i have a problem with Dynamic CRM for mobile apps. When we want to fill lookup field in mobile apps, there are such a suggestion like a history in this picture

i dont want user fill lookup filed by selecting the history, the right way is by using lookup filed icon like this

User must select from available lookup value because i have filtered the lookup field view. If user select from the history like first image, user can select the value not based on lookup field view. How to remove the history of lookup field like the first image ?

Thank you very much for your recognition, but unfortunately there is no OOB function to disable recent records for all fields.

Hi thank you great answer. But is there any setting that can disable most recently used items for all field together? i dont need to checked for all lookup field?

Hi partner,

You could set the field properties in form editor.

For example, I have a lookup field "Account" on the opportunity form and when I click on it, it showed recent records to me.

Then I opened the form editor and double click on the field, select "Disable most recently used items for this field", save and publish it.

Finally we opened the filed again and now there is no recent record.
