Custom Entity missing in D365 for Phone

I have many custom entities that don't show up in the Dynamics 365 for Phone App, though I have checked the 2 check boxes for mobile express and tablet in each entity.

Your help is so much appreciated.

    did you at least add them in one of the sitemap area?
