Project Budget is not getting generated properly

Hello experts,
 
I am getting below error when I try to run generate committed cost.
 
Function ProjBudgetTransactionLine_Virtual::construct has been incorrectly called.
 
When debugged I managed to see that the category id is having blank value. (But couldn't find the actual transaction where category id is missing)
Also checked all the PO's from back end but all the data is correctly filled.
 
Can anyone help me stating how i can fetch the actual transaction.
 
Please help me resolve this issue.

    Can you share the stack trace from your debugging session. We maybe can find a hint where to search, but not sure...

    I have moved this post to AX forum.
     
    As previously, I mentioned writing the line of code to get the transaction details or encountering the error.

    I am getting these details.
    when I searched this from back end in PurchLine table the category id exists there.
    But as per the error message, category id is missing.
     
    Can someone help me to get the way to resolve it.

    Can you please share the stack trace and/or tell what action on what form you performed to get this error message?
    We both can see that at this point the CategoryId is not filled, but I can't guess what exactly you are doing in your environment.
