Is there a way to export list of Environments in LCS

We are in the middle of implementing D365 F&O and are using LCS GUI to deploy the environments.

I was wondering if there is a way I can get an export of all of the environments that the Partner Implementation company/contractors have spun up?

I am not a developer but don't shy away from using PowerShell commandlets for other administration tasks.

I believe that there used to be a preview of LCS API's but I'm not sure how I can sign up to this.

Are there any idiot guides that a Monkey can follow? Ideally I would like to use command line tools so things can be easily repeated or automated.

Another vote from me for d365fo.tools, it's a fantastic library. Even if you don't want to use PowerShell to extract the list, you can take a look at the code to see which APIs to call and how to call them.
