    Hi,
    You can check these points: 1. Whether there is any customization in your workflow. 2. Do you have the permission to recall the workflow? 3. Ensure that the workflow instance is in a state that allows recall.
    You can check out an old thread on this issue, it mentions that the recall button is global "WorkflowStatusCancel" but is partly controlled by code as well. I.E. Only assignee, owner, or admin can access it.

    Hi,
    You can refer to this old thread, the previous user had the same problem as you: Solved: Recall button on Sales order work Flow (dynamics.com). This is how this problem was finally solved: Users can only use this button on the Workflow history form if they are the workflow owner, submitted the timesheet or has access to the privilege "WorkflowManageWorkflowInstances". In addition the status of the workflow instance should be Pending or Error.
