2Hello All Experts,
I need to understand i am creating an appointment from within outlook and keeping set regarding to it with one of the contact in the crm.
Then i goto the crm and open regarding contact .
On this contact form i do find Relationship Assitance with notification of this particular meeting.
Then i snooze this for 15 minutes from crm contact form.
Now i come back to outlook and update the meeting time to some fifteen minutes later and go back to check the same contact record after 15 minutes and there i find the Relationship assistance showing the same meeting as earlier.
what is this , how o understand this point.
