Any changes in the portal will not return to the portal after erasing it. Why is it?
And that
We upload the CSS file as a child file into the portal template. If we delete the child file CMS, the portal template will not return to its previous state.

    Hi,

It could be just caching so do a portal cache clear or portal restart and see if it works. If this doesn't work, try to apply the old changes again  i.e. apply the old css on top of the new css and see if it works.

    Hope this helps
