Outlook with CRM plugin. Tracking issue : Error message on mail containing pictures (signatures)

Hi everyone,

We used MS Dynamics 365 CRM online with Outlook 2016 client and CRM plugin for Outlook.

When tracking message containing a picture inside we get an error message :
"Unknown error occurred during the synchronisation with Outlook.Name"

This problem occurs only with message containing a picture (ie. signature or ads )

I spent days trying to fix this without success.
