how to Email posted sales transactions?

Hello everyone

for some reason I can't email out sales posted transactions, it's rather strange because it works for unposted transactions 

any idea what might be causing this?

    at the moment the SOP report looks like this, am totally new to this but I think it's missing footer bookmark

    also should the header bookmark be in the left hand side of the page

    I can send a copy of the template if needed

    Thanks for your reply it looks like the historical document works fine therefore the issue with Modified report

    How can I tell what is the issue in the modified report?

    Hello Nihad,

    Sales transactions have the email accounts assigned when they are created, you will want to open a few of the ones you are attempting to email and make sure they have email accounts.

    Outside of that, the document that would email is different based on if it is historical or not. You will want to confirm that this historical document is using the default Report Writer report. If that works, then the issue likely has to do with the modified report.
